Instructions for Authors
Prospective authors are first invited to submit an abstract up to 500 words. All abstracts stating objectives, main results and conclusions of the paper will be reviewed by members of the Scientific Committee.
When the abstract is ready, send it in electronic form as soon as possible and no later than
March 1st, 2003 (new deadline)
Please forward your abstracts by E-mail to zdwang@ecust.edu.cn
After sending the abstract, authers are invited to submit a full-length paper. Accepted final papers will appear in the Conference Program and will be included in the Conference Proceedings. The final full-length paper should be submitted no later than
May 30th, 2003 (new deadline)
The conference proceedings will be distributed at the conference opening.
